Address Accuracy

Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in original condition
• Item must include original packaging
• Proof of purchase is requiredReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost during transit, we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.
